Secure connection and storage
The connection to the DATAFIX FileTresor is only established when a secure connection with SSL encryption is available. Your data is then also stored in encrypted form on the DATAFIX FileTresor during storage.

This data is only decrypted when it is retrieved and transmitted to the recipient via a secure connection. You do not need any new software, an exchange of digital keys or anything similar for these processes. Everything runs automatically.

Data transmission with protocol
The recipient receives a message that the data has been made available. As the sender, you have a log of the delivery.

Use the DATAFIX FileTresor without a long binding contract.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to use the DATAFIX FileTresor and also to stop using it. You pay your subscription conveniently each month using the payment method of your choice (e.g. credit card, SEPA direct debit). To cancel, send us an e-mail or letter no later than 30 days before the end of the month. You can obtain further details from the general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy.

If you have already paid in advance, you will of course receive a refund for the difference. It's as simple as that.
